North Shore Soccer Club Scholarship Guidlines

North Shore Schools Athletic Office 

SCHOLARSHIP:  A total of $3,000 will be awarded to members of the senior class who meet the following criteria:

GRADES:  Any applicant who has achieved an overall high school average of 75% or above at the time of application is eligible.  A current copy of grade transcript is required.

REQUIREMENTS:   Applicant must submit a brief typewritten biographical resume outlining awards, achievements, volunteer work, employment, school clubs, etc. between the age of 14 to present.  The resume should conclude with a brief statement why he or she should qualify to win.

PARTICIPATION:     Any North Shore Soccer Club player, boy or girl, who has played (3) seasons (Fall and Spring are separate seasons) for the North Shore Soccer Club and/or North Shore High School Soccer Team, including the season in which he or she is a candidate for high school graduation, shall be eligible.  Said participation need not have been in successive seasons.

COMPORTMENT:   Any applicant dismissed for disciplinary reasons or quitting a team during his or her participation with either the soccer club or High School shall not in itself be instrumental in the denial of any awards, but will have a negative effect in the overall consideration.

Please submit complete application (see checklist) to the North Shore Schools Athletic Office by Friday, June 3, 2016.
